Professional image capture specialists Movietech are extending their lens inventory with the latest additions to Zeiss Supreme family.

The addition of the newly introduced 21mm and 135mm T1.5 lenses completes the Movietech Zeiss lens collection, adding further depth to the expansive selection of large format image capture solutions available at their Pinewood Studios and Movietech Cymru bases.
Lighter and more compact than comparable lenses, the Zeiss Supremes are built for use with 6K and 8K sensors, adding richer texture and greater depth to deliver truly cinematic results. The lenses are highly detailed, providing a combination of clarity and creative freedom that allows users to capture a huge variety of looks when shooting in almost any condition.
Since their introduction, Zeiss Supreme Primes have been chosen by a host of Cinematographers on a range of productions, including a recent outing with Director of Photography Florian Hoffmeister BSC on the Movietech serviced Official Secrets.
Perfectly matched for modern digital cinematography, with advanced optics and enhancements to aid the HDR process, the entire Supreme range is fully compatible with Movietech digital offering, which includes systems from Alexa, RED and Sony. Investment in these new additions will strengthen the impressive existing line up, which includes 25, 29, 35, 50, 85 and 100mm variants.
Speaking about the introduction of the new models, Movietech’s John Buckley says “the addition of the 21 and 135 will enhance the Zeiss Supreme collection. Perfect for large format work, these new lenses will be an ideal complement to the growing selection of full frame equipment options that we have available”.
